Job Description Position Title: Primary Care Physician Location: Monroe , North Carolina Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Setting: Outpatient Position Summary: We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice located in Monroe , North Carolina This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive primary care services to an adult and/or family population - Manage acute and chronic conditions through a coordinated care model - Emphasize preventive care, routine screenings, and health education - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including nursing and administrative support - Maintain accurate, timely documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system - Participate in clinical quality initiatives and adhere to practice and regulatory guidelines - Call is minimal and shared among providers; no inpatient rounding required - Flexibility available and will be discussed during the interview process Requirements: - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care - Prior outpatient experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive base salary with productivity incentives - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage - Retirement plan with employer match - Generous PTO - Sign-on bonus available We look forward to hearing from you !
