Overview: Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver
exceptional patient care while maintaining professional
accountability for the patients assigned to you. You will assess
the overall effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers and
collaborate with various departments to coordinate patient care.
Upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of
patient information are essential aspects of this role. Your

standards. Position Details: Emergency Department - Graduate Nurse
Residency Duration: 16 Week Residency Schedule: Full Time Nights, 7
PM - 7 AM, consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Upcoming Residency
Start Date: Summer of 2026 About Us: Our facility is a Level 1
Trauma Center, equipped to handle the most complex and critical
medical situations. We feature an Adult Emergency Room with
dedicated triage and waiting areas, along with over 20 treatment
rooms. Additionally, we have a specialized pediatric ER, complete
with separate triage, waiting, and treatment areas designed
specifically for children and their families. Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing
program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a
current RN license in the state of employment, including meeting
all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association or
successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
