Job Description:

services across the Southeast, as a Registered Nurse. Embodying our

that supports patients and their families during the most profound
moments of life. This role allows you to directly contribute to
enhancing the peace and quality of life for patients nearing the
end of their journey, ensuring that their final days are as
comfortable and meaningful as possible. Assess patient conditions
during visits and report any changes to the care team leader.
Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized
interventions. Direct and supervise less experienced nurses and
nursing assistants, ensuring the provision of top-tier care.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on
observations during care activities. Coordinate with
multidisciplinary team members to provide patient-focused care.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatment, end-of-life care and health maintenance and promotion.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to compassionate care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Capability of
working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Certification in palliative
care nursing (CPN) a plus.
