ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lancaster, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Schedule options: 4x12s or 3x12s per week • Every other weekend required • No on-call responsibilities • May float within scope to meet facility needs between like units/sister facilities • Patient ratios based on acuity • Charge nurse experience required • 2 years of ER experience required, first-time travelers accepted • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS • Preferred certification: TNCC • South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start • Royal blue scrubs required • Epic charting system • Free parking provided • 24 hours of orientation • Care for diverse patient population of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Handle approximately 80 visits per day in 27-room emergency department • Holiday rotation as needed • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November) Facility: This short-term acute care hospital features 97 staffed beds and provides comprehensive emergency services to the community. The facility offers extensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services.
