Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Every other weekend required; scheduling based on departmental
needs; no block scheduling Highlights: 101-bed Emergency Department
at a Level 2 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
High-volume facility with over 100,000 annual visits 4:1 patient
ratio for medical cases; internal float to all ED sections (no
float outside the department) Cerner documentation system with
Baxter pumps and GE monitoring equipment Supportive staffing model
including ED techs, unit clerks, and cardiac monitoring specialists
Multicultural patient population representing over 120 languages in
the community Requirements: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting Prior
experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center or high-volume ED (100,000
annual visits) strongly preferred Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC,
CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date ENPC
certification required within 90 days of hire Flexibility to work
in all areas of the Emergency Department Strong teamwork mentality
