Gastroenterology Opportunity Private Group in the Blue Ridge
Mountains of North Carolina Asheville Suburb Looking for a peaceful

be the perfect fit. Position Highlights: Join a thriving group of 5
Physicians and 5 APPs covering local hospitals, a private clinic,
and a wholly owned ASC. Full-spectrum GI services with in-house
pathology lab, infusion center, anesthesia team, and optional
research opportunities. Dedicated endoscopy suites across the
office, ASC, and hospitals for general GI and ERCP. Typical
Schedule: 13-16 endo cases/day, 20-22 patients/day in clinic, and
1-4 hospital consults/day. Shared 2-day call blocks , averaging 7-8
days/month, with low call-ins. Option for reduced call if
preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Year 1: Competitive base
salary, $25K incentive, sign-on bonus, relocation, CME, full
benefits, and 401k with match. Year 2: Base salary increase, $50K
incentive, sign-on bonus, relocation, CME, full benefits, and 401k
with match. Year 3: Full partnership with earning potential of
$700K-$800K , based on group, ASC, and hospital performance.
Location Perks: Practice located in a community of 15K within a
county of 116K, serving a 300K patient population in Eastern North
Carolina. Multiple housing options and strong school systems,
including nearby universities. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains
, with easy access to national parks and scenic Smoky Mountain
