General Rehabilitation Hospital Location: Inpatient Address: 68 Sweeten Creek Rd Asheville, NC 28803 Unit: All 4 units Building: General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 65 Patient Ratios: 5-6 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :CNAs available all shifts. 11 hours of unit secretary support Type of equipment: IV Pumps. Specialty Beds, feeding pumps, lifts and transfer equipment, Life vests Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 3- 12 hour shifts mostly weekends Floating policy: no floating, all units are connected and interchangeable Patient Experience surge, rehab a plus Hospital Specifics- Certifications: CARF and Joint Commission CarePartners is the only Rehab Hospital in Western NC.
