Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS (required) Must-Have: BLS Medical Telemetry Description: The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry. This position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The unit is licensed for 36 beds and has over 50 staff members. The current staffing ratios on the night shift are 1 Charge Nurse to 6-7 Registered Nurses. The team consists of 1 Charge Nurse, 7 Registered Nurses, 3 Certified Nursing Assistants, and 1-2 sitters. The equipment includes medical remote telemetry monitoring and electronic medical records. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and work well in a team setting. Leadership and charge nurse experience are preferred but not required. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, hard work, and a commitment to patient care. Weekend shifts are required as part of the schedule.
