License: RN License required Certifications: - ACLS before start

within 90 days of hire Must-Have: - 2 years of experience as a
nurse, with 1 year in an emergency department - Teamwork mentality
- Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback - Flexibility to
work in all areas of the emergency department Description: The

comprehensive stroke services. The emergency department is known
for high patient volumes and a variety of cases. There are 101
patient beds with a typical ratio of 4:1 for medical care. Staff
support includes techs, clerks, and specialized teams. Advanced
procedures are performed, requiring diverse skills. The department
emphasizes patient experience with protocols like AIDET. Team
