Radiology Tech Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,805 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-17:30 Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT(R) Certifications: None required Must-Have: Candidates must have skills in all areas of diagnostic radiology, including portable and OR. Candidates must have skills in emergency department trauma imaging. Description: This position is in a facility that is recognized for high clinical quality and patient safety. The city is well-known for its healthcare achievements, including a significant number of awards. The facility serves as a referral center for trauma, comprehensive stroke care, and neonatal intensive care. It provides a variety of surgical services, including robotic surgery and interventional cardiology. The imaging department is busy and dynamic, requiring a team player who can also work independently. Candidates should be self-motivated and adaptable to different situations. The role involves performing all diagnostic imaging types, including portable, trauma, and fluoroscopic procedures. A variety of imaging equipment is utilized, and staff may be required to float to different areas. Weekends and on-call duties are required as part of the position.
