Nursing Facility (SNF) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1-year
nurses on a case-by-case basis License: Pending license accepted;
must obtain before starting Certifications: BLS required Must-Have:
Must be comfortable with LTC/SNF. Recent experience with charting
systems preferred. Must pass Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate
Sedation Test during orientation. Description: We are seeking a
dedicated registered nurse for the Long-Term Care/SNF specialty.
The position will involve providing essential nursing care to
residents. The patient-to-nurse ratio will be approximately 1:9-12.
Experience with oxygen administration, peripheral line care, and
isolation precautions is essential. Candidates should have
experience in working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams,
including IV teams, physical therapy, and social services.
Flexibility in scheduling is necessary due to weekend requirements.
Attendance is crucial, and the policy states that missing more than
two shifts without a reasonable explanation may lead to a review of
the contract. All requested time off must be included in the
initial submission. We welcome first-time travelers and are open to
accommodating those with pending licenses. Acceptance of candidates
