Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 18 months experience as a PCU or stepdown RN - Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS certification preferred - Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation, managing cardiac drips, tracheostomy care, chest tube management, administration of blood products, and wound care/dressing changes - Skilled in central line maintenance and monitoring - Comfortable working with patients experiencing CHF, dysrhythmias, chest pain, stroke, respiratory illnesses, diabetes, renal issues, alcohol withdrawal, and IV drug abuse complications Location:Situated in Lincolnton, NC, this role offers a fulfilling healthcare experience within a community-oriented setting renowned for its family-friendly culture.
