Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:45 - 19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Required, ACLS Preferred, CPI Preferred Must-Have: Care of geriatric patients or past inpatient rehab experience (Swing Bed Patients) required. Advanced skills in wound care are needed. Description: Variable shifts available. Unit has 24 beds with patient ratios of 6-7:1. Unit does not have unit secretaries, techs, or extra RNs available when no tech is present. Standard medical-surgical equipment will be used. Documentation system is Cerner. Scheduling requires three 12-hour shifts per week. Floating policy is rare. Patient experience is crucial for an affluent community with concierge services expected.
