Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance
abuse and adult men's mental health treatment program designed
specifically to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our focus is
on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported
clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes. We are seeking a
Behavioral Health Technicians Manager to provide leadership and
supervision to our direct care staff. For more information about

Rehab Center | North Carolina Responsibilities: Responsible for the
scheduling of the clinical technicians Ensure clinical technician
staffing needs are met, maintain appropriate ratios and remaining
within projected budget Complete, review, and approve bi-weekly
timecards for clinical technicians Participate in the daily morning
meeting of program and logistics department Assist with the editing
of clinical teach growth books and clinical tech handbook as needed
to accompany programmatic changes Encourage clinical technicians to
complete growth books and review completed growth books with them
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all areas of base programming
Participate in weekly community meetings for all clients Ensure
that all client orientations are completed Work with the clinical
team to ensure the highest standard of programming is made
available Participate in and facilitate staff in-service trainings
as indicated Assist with transports, new client outfitting, and
doctor appointments as needed Serves in the role of primary
responder as scheduled Minimum Qualifications: Minimum two years’
experience in the field of substance abuse or a related Human
Services field Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work
CADC-I Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a Human
