Registered Nurse (RN) | Oncology Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,672 to $1,866 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: RN - Oncology City/State: Asheville, North Carolina Shift: 18:45-07:15, Nights Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 11/02/2025 Job Description: The Oncology Registered Nurse will work in the K9A unit, focusing on oncology and women's surgical care, in a 24-bed capacity with standard unit equipment and the Cerner EMR system. The role involves working alongside a team including RNs, CNAs, and HUC, with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5. Responsibilities: Performing occasional pelvic exams Conducting procedures such as echo and thoracentesis Requirements: Active RN license BLS certification Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III Oncology
