Job Description Job Description Salary: TranscendED is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or
Registered Nurse (RN) to support our residential treatment facility
in Monroe, North Carolina. This is a part-time role requiring 20
hours per week, ideal for a nurse looking to make a meaningful
impact in a therapeutic setting focused on healing and recovery.
Seeking for shifts: MWF, daytime shift (mornings) Primary Function:
The RN will ensure timely follow-through on all physician orders
and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to
coordinate comprehensive client care. Key Responsibilities Conduct
weekly nursing visits for up to 6 clients at the residential
facility Complete nursing notes and documentation in the Electronic
Medical Record (EMR) Perform admission nursing assessments Monitor
and record weekly vitals Administer medications as needed MAR
management Coordinate follow-up for medical orders, including labs,
EKGs, and other appointments with Psychiatrist, PMHNP, FNP
Collaborate with the Treatment Team to support holistic care Attend
weekly interdisciplinary team meeting Provide nursing consultation
as needed Facilitate a weekly self-care/hygiene group Administer
first aid/body checks PRN Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse
(RN) in good standing in North Carolina Strong understanding of
nursing principles and clinical practices Proficient in medication
administration and use Experience with eating disorder or
behavioral health clients is preferred Credentialing & Physical
Requirements Credentialing is required; details provided upon
application Must be physically able to perform standard RN duties
as needed Pay: $30/hour - $40/hour (Commensurate with Experience)
