At Carolina Peds clinicians have: protected time daily for clinical planning/collaboration protected time weekly for clinical growth through learning collaboratives several different work schedule options to choose from opportunities for varied settings, including clinics and schools a new, clear pathway for how to advance within the company and their role Clinicians will provide outpatient therapy for youth presenting with various concerns, including challenges with externalizing behaviors, internalizing disorders, chronic illness, adjustment, trauma, and family discord. Two years’ experience with pediatrics preferred. Experience and training in evidence-based treatments. Experience in organizing work and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Ability to create and work in a cooperative teamwork environment. Experience working with children with multiple disabilities and/or behavioral challenges preferred.
