Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Multi-Modality Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
This position involves performing a variety of imaging procedures,
ensuring the delivery of precise diagnostic information to aid in
treatment and diagnosis. As an integral part of our healthcare
team, you will work in various modalities such as MRI, CT, and
X-ray, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. This
role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability
to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Perform
diagnostic imaging procedures including MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays
across various settings. Ensure all operations of imaging and
associated equipment are in compliance with departmental protocols
and safety standards. Work closely with radiologists to evaluate
and verify diagnostic scans and improve imaging protocols. Maintain
accurate patient records and uphold patient confidentiality and
dignity. Administer contrast materials under direction and monitor
patient reactions. Coordinate and prioritize imaging procedures to
maintain efficient workflow and meet departmental productivity
targets. Participate in quality assurance and continuous
improvement initiatives within the imaging department. Proficiency
in operating complex imaging equipment like MRI, CT, and X-ray
machines. Ability to interpret doctors' instructions and attention
to details. Excellent patient management skills to ensure comfort
and safety. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable
of working effectively in a team. Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and currently
registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
(ARRT). Additional certification in MRI and CT preferred.
