part of the team at our new Indian Land Free?Standing ER, you will:
/n /n - Work in a newly constructed, modern emergency department
equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology /n -
Provide prompt, compassionate care to patients with a wide range of
emergent conditions /n - Collaborate with experienced physicians,
nurses, and support teams dedicated to excellence in emergency

healthcare /n /n We are seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
who are committed to teamwork, clinical excellence, and serving our
community. /n /n The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the
Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the
assigned department including all aspects of patient care,
staffing, fiscal responsibility and strategic goals of the unit.
The Clinical Supervisor is a designated leader responsible for
implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care
while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and
visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and
professional competency as appropriate to the ages, developmental
stages, and special needs of the population. Service Excellence
behavior is promoted at all times. /n - Demonstrates flexibility in
responding to unpredicted situations, such as emergencies,
assignment and staffing or schedule changes. Responds to crisis
situations with confidence and clarity, delegating as appropriate
to others on the team. /n - Sets priorities independently, prepares
assignments and duties at the beginning of each shift, adjusting
and delegating as situations change on the unit as needed. /n -
Supports the growth and development of nursing personnel by
facilitating assessment of educational needs on an ongoing basis.
Takes an active role in educating staff when a need and/or
opportunity is identified. /n - Assists with evaluation and
improvement of patient care by assuring an ongoing unit-based
quality-monitoring program to include development and
implementation of PI monitors and reports. /n - Delegates shift
duties appropriately including but not limited to chart checks,
defib/refrigerator logs, abnormal lab follow up and documentation,
cleaning and stocking rooms, checking rooms for outdated supplies,
pulling trash/linen as needed /n - Performs related duties as
required. /n Required: /n /n - Education: Associates degree in
Nursing required. /n - Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: /n /n
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which
you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another
Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a
Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30
days. /n - American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be
obtained within 7 days of hire. /n - CPI certification with
orientation period. /n - Other certifications required are
determined by specific unit and is required within orientation

Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership
