Job Description:

Nurse Educator Generalist to join our Education and Training team.
This position is instrumental in ensuring that our healthcare
professionals meet and exceed the standards of care expected at our
nearly 2,000 sites of care. As a Nurse Educator Generalist, you
will develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and
curricula for clinical staff, fostering continuous improvement in
patient care. Develop and implement training modules and
educational programs for nurses and clinical staff. Evaluate
educational outcomes and modify programs based on feedback and
evolving healthcare standards. Provide hands-on clinical
instruction and simulations. Collaborate with department heads and
healthcare professionals to assess ongoing learning needs. Stay
current with the latest in nursing and healthcare educational
trends and advancements. Strong understanding of clinical practices
and theories. Proficient in developing and facilitating educational
content and curricula. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to assess learning needs and evaluate educational
outcomes. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification
in Nursing Professional Development (CNE) preferred.
