Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of Clinical
Nurse Coordinator in the Pulmonary Department. This pivotal role
supports the delivery of exceptional care to patients with
pulmonary conditions. As a coordinator, you will enhance the
patient experience, ensuring integrated and cohesive care plans
tailored to individual health needs. With your expertise, our
pulmonary department aims to achieve top-tier patient outcomes and
elevate standards in pulmonary nursing practices. Coordinate
patient care across multidisciplinary teams within the pulmonary
unit. Develop and implement individualized care plans in
collaboration with healthcare professionals. Monitor patient
progress and adapt care plans as needed. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Provide mentorship and
guidance to nursing staff. Participate in research and development
activities related to pulmonary care. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in using medical software for patient management
In-depth knowledge of pulmonary diseases and treatments Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
in Pulmonary Nursing (PNCB) preferred
