Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. • ASN completion required Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac skills/reading knowledge, General Med- Surg RN skills – IV starts, drain/tube management, wound care, NGT placement, central line management. Will manage non-titrating Cardiac drips: Cardizem and Amiodarone, Heparin gtts, blood products. Required Credentials: ASN/BSN. Competency Testing. Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free Shift & Scheduling: 7pm. Every other weekend. Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays Floating Requirements: - Within region and scope of practice.
