registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years Stepdown RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A skilled Registered Nurse
with experience in Stepdown care is needed for an exciting travel
opportunity in Greenville, NC. This role offers the chance to
provide high-quality nursing care to patients transitioning from
intensive care, utilizing your expertise in monitoring, assessment,
and patient support. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive
nursing care to patients in the Stepdown unit, ensuring close
monitoring of vitals and condition changes Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement
individualized care plans Educate patients and families on
treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care Respond
promptly to changes in patient status and emergencies in accordance
with hospital protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation
of patient records Qualifications: Active RN license with Stepdown
experience required Strong clinical assessment and critical
thinking skills specific to the Stepdown patient population
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments as a travel nurse
