Physician Assistant

Locations: Sylva, NC & Franklin, NC
Full-Time Monday-Friday

We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team serving patients in the Sylva and Franklin areas. Whether you're an experienced provider or newly transitioning from RN to NP, we welcome your expertise and passion for patient-centered care.

• Full-Time (5 days/week) - Monday to Friday

• Morning start time, typically ending by early afternoon

• Minimal on-call responsibilities as part of a rotating group

• No night, weekend, or holiday shifts

• Productivity-based compensation model (details discussed during the interview)

• Quarterly productivity bonus

• No shift differential for on-call, weekend, or night work (since minimal)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP or PA

• New NPs transitioning from RN roles may be considered

• Active DEA license required
