Job Description Position Description The Customer Service
Representative provides overall day-to-day customer service and
support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives.
Major Areas of Responsibility Major areas of responsibility
include, but are not limited to: --- Daily order entry and
processing of orders in an efficient manner while minimizing
errors. You will be rated by minimizing order entry errors and
credited dollars. --- Work directly with sales managers in the
execution of dealer activities. --- Manage email requests of
customers and answer each inquiry daily by checking email hourly.
--- Respond to, and return, every communication prior to leaving
every day. --- Reporting as needed and special projects as they
arise. --- Work with customers by providing the following: o Ship
dates. o Understanding of order forms and ordering process. o
Changes. o Shipping questions including but not limited to:
tracking info, damages, loss and terms adjustment. o Pricing
assistance. o Sample and Literature requests. o Assistance with
rush requests. o Timely processing of finished-good and parts
orders. --- Assist others as needs arise to best serve the company.
--- Make an effort to understand the company's product line and
constantly expand on that knowledge in an effort to assist
customers quickly and accurately with product questions and
replacements. --- Expedite orders through manager that best meet
dealer needs and factory goals. --- Other Projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: This position requires
the following essential knowledge, skills and abilities in order to
satisfactorily fulfill this role: 1. Organized and Quick learner.
2. Collaborative and team worker. 3. Comfortable with changes,
fast-paced under stress. 4. Good at multitasking. 5. Basic skills
