Job Description:
As grill line cook, you are responsible for the preparation,
presentation and execution of specific items on the menu from our
char-grill and saut--e station including steaks, pastas, and
seafood. Being a team player is key! The kitchen isn't the only
thing that heats up-in this fast paced environment, you'll be
expected to maintain poise under pressure. Upon arrival you will
prepare your station and fill items to ensure you are ready for a
busy shift.
