Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We are
seeking a creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented Executive
Pastry Chef to lead our dessert program. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in pastry arts, a passion for flavor and
presentation, and creativity that will push boundaries!
Responsibilities: Design and execute a high-quality dessert menu
that aligns with the restaurant's multiple concepts Ensure all
pastries and desserts meet high standards and restaurant quality
expectations Oversee prep, plating, and consistency of all dessert
items Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry
department Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate
effectively Train and supervise any pastry assistants or kitchen
staff as needed Travel between locations to verify Standarads are
met Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Executive
Pastry Chef or in a similar role Formal training in pastry or
culinary arts preferred Strong understanding of flavor pairing,
plating, and dessert presentation Reliable, punctual, and
professional demeanor Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
