flavors you help create What You’ll Do as Kitchen Manager Lead
daily BOH operations: prep, line execution, food safety,
sanitation, and shift routines Coach, schedule, and develop kitchen
teams while maintaining morale and efficiency Manage quality,
ticket times, and coordination with FOH during service Assist with
inventory, ordering, and cost control (waste, yield, portioning)
Cross-train into FOH operations: guest experience, service
standards, and to-go excellence What You’ll Bring 2 years of
kitchen leadership in a high-volume restaurant Strong
communication, organization, and team development skills Working
knowledge of food safety and kitchen systems (ServSafe preferred) A
collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn FOH operations
