Job Title: Shift Leader at Slim Chickens on Prosperity Ridge Road We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Shift Leader at Slim Chickens. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a great experience while they enjoy our delicious food. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to maintain a high level of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times. Job Expectations: Oversee and manage daily operations during your shift, ensuring the team is providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
