Hours/Shift: DaysJob Summary/Purpose: The HR Recruiter's main focus
will be on student recruitment, to include being responsible for
processing their initial student paperwork and employee health
information, and ensuring a successful rotation process while in
our facility. Being an integral part of the preceptor prepping and
assignment process. Other recruiting responsibilities would include
being available to check on students during their clinical time,
and possibly visit in their classroom settings. The Recruiter would
also organize "meet and greet" opportunities to introduce our
Leaders to the students, at appropriate times during their process.
Will be willing to assist with other recruitment events as
needed.Also assisting with ensuring that all HR files are
maintaining the appropriate competencies and license/certification
requirements, in accordance with our regulatory agencies. Would
maintain Care Team Member license/certification log and send out
renewal notifications, with follow up on any expiring credentials.
Coordinates the annual evaluation process by facilitating,
communicating and tracking all evaluations, to pursue that all are
complete and filed in a timely manner. Provides supportive employee
data and reports as needed.As with all Human Resources staff, this
position is responsible for cross-training within all areas of the
department and providing exceptional employee service to all our
team members, as well as, our other HR co-workers.Minimum Training
and Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business
Administration or related field from an accredited college or
university. Two years in related experience to include recruitment
and other human resources functions in a dynamic and diverse
environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and
the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.Physical and
