*Job description**PHYSICAL DEMANDS* *AND ENVIRONMENT*Employee
may be required to sit, bend, reach, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk
and hear. May occasionally lift objects of up to 50 lbs. May
occasionally transfer residents weighing between 100 and 250
pounds, dress residents, bathe residents, assist with toileting,
feeding and other direct care tasks. Employee is occasionally
exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles
and toxic or caustic chemicals. May be required to work beyond

Certifications*Required*Cert Nursing Assist*SUMMARY*Responsible for
ordering, distributing and tracking supplies. Assists nursing
management with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling and assignment
of nursing staff Provides services and care for residents and
patients.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* include the
following.Other duties may be assigned.Assists nursing management
with the creation of monthly, weekly and daily schedules.Assists
nursing management with daily staff assignments.Assists nursing
management with recruiting and onboarding of clinical
staff.Coordinates staff requests for time off for nursing
management's approval.Assists nursing management with providing
coverage for staff absences.Collaborates with nursing management
and human resources to ensure staffing levels are consistent with
PPD requirements and budget constraints.Coordinates the ordering of
all house stock and chargeable supplies with nursing and other
staff.Maintains PAR levels established with the Director of
Nursing.Verifies supply order at the time of delivery, inspects for
damaged goods, and verifies against purchase orders.Accurately
enters and maintains data relative to supplies using company
software programs.Distributes supplies to appropriate
locations.Assists with daily and monthly physical inventory.Ensures
supply room is properly secured.Cleans equipment in compliance with
infection control procedures.Coordinates and validate outside
rental of equipment.Provides personal care and services as needed;
such as:Assisting with activities of daily living (turning and
positioning, toileting and elimination, assistive devices, safety
and cleanliness, bathing and grooming, feeding, maintaining
mobility, nutrition and hydration, reporting abnormal signs and
symptoms, data gathering, patient socialization and reality
orientation, end-of-life care, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and
emergency care, postmortem care, residents rights, documentation of
nursing-assistant services, and other tasks that a CNA may
perform).Obtains and records vital signs and weight as
assigned.Accurately documents all care as required by company
policy and in compliance with state and federal regulationsProvides
patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting
patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; reporting
observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.Protects
organization's value by keeping patient information
confidential.Services and protects the facility by adhering to
professional standards, company policies and procedures, federal,
state, and local requirements, and standards*ENTRY
QUALIFICATIONS*Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.Proficient
