Responsibilities:
--- Actively recruit qualified brokers for all company branches.
--- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual appointments with potential candidates.
--- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
--- Engage in daily cold calling and outreach to potential brokers.
--- Utilize social media and other technology systems to identify and attract top talent.
--- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
--- Collaborate with branch managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals.
--- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our company.

Qualifications:

--- Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
--- Great at time management and organization
--- Strong background in marketing and sales.
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
--- Comfortable with cold calling and daily outreach activities.
--- Basic proficiency with technology systems and social media platforms.
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
