Job Description:
Day to Day Responsibilities: Define and maintain the
communication plan. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers,
and User Experience teams to identify meaningful metrics, reporting
requirements, source data, and generate reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain a content management framework to reduce data
source duplication and promote consistency across reports. Gather,
normalize, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver
quantitative and qualitative reports on trends and patterns.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide
clear and actionable insights. Present data in a visually appealing
and easily understandable format. Serve as the administrator for
the team Wiki. Act as the liaison to ensure representation in
public documentation and alignment of reports with broader
organizational standards. Must Haves: 3 years of data/reporting
experience Proficient in Confluence, Jira, HTML, SharePoint
Proficient/super user in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent
communication skills Certifications such as: Atlassian Pro Skills
Atlassian Certified Associate (ACS) Excel Expert Certified
Analytics Professional (CAP) Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data
Analyst Associate Pay Rate Range: $50/HR-$55/HR
