technology that enables carriers to: Role Overview: We are seeking
a Configuration Specialist / Implementation Analyst to configure
and optimize SaaS Customer Experience Platform for new and existing
clients, ensuring smooth deployments and high-quality user
experiences. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer within our
growing Product Team. Key Responsibilities: Configure the platform
for client implementations, change requests, and branded
demonstrations. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
to understand business requirements and translate them into
technical solutions. Support second-line client queries by
investigating and resolving configuration-related issues. Work
within an agile environment to enhance product functionality.
Optimize UI/UX configurations to enhance customer experience.
Maintain and update configuration documentation to ensure accuracy
and consistency. Technical Skills: Experience in software
configuration, with expertise in API configuration, HTML, CSS,
JSON, and SQL. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best
practices. Agile project experience is desirable. Knowledge of the
insurance industry is advantageous. Behavioral Skills: High
attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset. Strong
communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple
tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive problem solver with a strong
focus on delivering quality solutions. Information security
conscious and the ability to work and deliver in an ISO 27001
