If you are looking for new opportunity, send your resume to pujan.motivaras@collabera.com Job Description: Client: Banking Position: AI/Machine Learning Engineer Duration: 12 months Location: Charlotte, NC Payrange: $60-65/hr DayToDay Responsibilities: Design and build agentic AI frameworks that support autonomous task execution (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.) Integrate GenAI models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) with internal tools and systems like GitHub Copilot. Build and deploy Python-based Machine Learning models and services that support AI/LLM features in developer workflows. Collaborate with peer developers and tech leads (no customer-facing duties). Research and implement new AI/Machine Learning techniques to enhance solution effectiveness. Stay current on developments in GenAI, RAG, vector stores, orchestration frameworks, etc. Required Skills: Agentic AI Experience – Practical experience with LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph or similar frameworks; able to describe implementations and role. GenAI Integration Experience – Hands-on work with GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA including prompt engineering, API integration, chaining. Strong Python Skills – Ability to build, test, and deploy machine learning or AI pipelines using Python libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn). Software Engineering Mindset – Solid fundamentals around modular design, Git, APIs, unit testing, and working within a team of developers. Cloud & CI/CD Familiarity – Comfort with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and basic deployment pipelines is a strong plus.
