you. The Role As a BrightFlow Onboarding & Project Technician, you
will take the lead in client onboarding, project coordination, and
technical implementation . You’ll ensure new clients are seamlessly
integrated into our systems, manage project timelines, and deliver
excellent communication throughout. You’ll also provide advanced
technical support and work closely with our engineers on
migrations, 3CX deployments, network upgrades, and other
client-facing projects. This role requires both technical expertise
and strong organizational and client communication skills. Key
Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Project Management Serve as
the primary technical lead during new client onboarding and project
deployments. Develop onboarding checklists, coordinate tasks with
internal teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within
scope. Communicate project updates and deliverables clearly to
clients and internal stakeholders. Configure and deploy systems,
applications, and services for new clients (including Microsoft
365, 3CX, and Cloud documentation platforms). Technical
Implementation & Support Install, configure, and troubleshoot
client environments including servers, workstations, network
devices, and VoIP systems. Perform 3CX setup, call flow
configuration, and ongoing management for client environments.
Provide Tier 2-level support for escalated technical issues and
assist the helpdesk team when needed. Maintain thorough
documentation within our platforms. Monitoring & Continuous
Improvement Review system alerts and proactively remediate issues
before they impact clients. Participate in post-onboarding reviews
to identify improvement opportunities in process and delivery.
Collaborate with senior engineers to standardize procedures and
implement best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 years
of hands-on experience in an MSP environment. Proven experience
managing or coordinating client onboarding and IT project
deployments. Strong understanding of 3CX setup, administration, and
troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active
Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools. Excellent communication and
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously. Active certifications such as CompTIA A, Network or
Security. Valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite with
clients when required. Preferred / Nice to Have Prior experience
leading cross-team technical projects. Knowledge of VLANs, NAT, and
basic routing/switching. Exposure to cybersecurity solutions,
backup platforms, and cloud services (Azure, M365). PMP, ITIL, or
