for a: Bilingual Immigration Paralegal GENERAL SUMMARY: We are
seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Immigration
Paralegal to help support our team. The ideal candidate will be
reporting to our attorney and will be responsible with case
planning, development, and management. We’re looking for a
detail-oriented, outgoing individual who is looking to expand their
expertise within a fast-paced and impactful environment. Required
Skills: Bachelor's degree 2-4 years’ experience as an immigration
paralegal, with a strong emphasis in employment-based immigration
Exceptional organization skills, communication, and attention to
detail Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently,
and meet strict deadlines Bilingual in English and Spanish
preferred, but not required Responsibilities: Global Workforce
Program Management & Support- Prepare and file applications
required from our program, updating candidates as we receive them.
Community Outreach- Actively participate in and represent Rely
Workforce Group at designated international festivals, cultural
events and informational sessions. Network with community leaders
to raise awareness of our program and provide information to
interested individuals. Immigration Caseload Management- Prepare
and maintain various immigration files, draft legal correspondence.
Stay up to date on immigration statutes and regulations as needed.
Benefits: Full time Health insurance Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5, with
flexibility to attend occasional weekend events or festivals
