Job Title: Full-Time Delivery and General Labor Associate Location: Asheboro NC to Randleman NC Pay: SALARY RANGE: $43-$44k with Auto Allowance $0.23 per mile reimbursement Schedule: 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 6:00/7:00 AM until the route is completed - usually 3:00pm/4:00pm Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Full Time Weekend Delivery and General Labor Associate to join our team and over the Asheboro/Randleman territory in NC . In this role, you'll serve our customers by ensuring deliveries are accurately completed and products are stocked, organized, and rotated. You will also handle various general labor tasks, such as moving freight, assisting with inventory, and maintaining customer-facing displays. YOU WILL BE DRIVING YOUR OWN VEHICLE IN THIS ROLE Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivery & Stocking: Deliver products to designated customers and ensure they are properly stocked on shelves and displays. Handle back stock by breaking it down and organizing it on appropriate pallets or trailers. General Labor: Manually move freight, stock, or materials. Assist with gathering pallets, shells, flats, and removing damaged or expired products from customer sites. Customer Service: Communicate with the sales and delivery team to address issues, opportunities, or customer needs. Provide excellent customer service at every location. Product Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain clean and neat customer shelves, end caps, and other allocated spaces. Rotate stock to ensure fresh product is always available. Product Audits: Perform audits to pull out-of-date or damaged products, ensuring the quality of all products delivered. Adhere to Schedule: Follow daily schedules and adapt to changes in work assignments, while supporting company organizational efforts. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license meeting acceptable criteria Reliable transportation with proof of insurance Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with the help of tools such as electric pallet jacks Comfortable working in various physical conditions, including outdoor weather, and performing tasks such as standing, walking, and bending Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment: Moderate noise level Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions Regular physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods Compensation and Benefits: SALARY RANGE: $43-$44k with Auto Allowance $0.23 per mile reimbursement Schedule does include Weekends Opportunity to work in a dynamic and active environment, supporting both physical and customer service tasks
