Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities and ensuring that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities: Manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Leadership skills and ability to manage staff. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in supply chain management and receiving. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's inventory, warehousing, and other supply chain systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
