Job Description Job Description CDL Truck Driver Dump Truck & Heavy Equipment Hauling Company: Rock Creek Grading, LLC Location: Western North Carolina (local work, home most nights) Position Overview: Rock Creek Grading is seeking an experienced CDL Truck Driver to operate dump trucks and transport heavy equipment as needed. This position requires a dependable, safety-focused individual with prior experience hauling heavy machinery. CDL License Required. Serious applicants with experience only. Responsibilities: Operate dump trucks for grading and construction projects Haul heavy equipment to and from job sites as needed. (AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE) Properly load, secure, and transport machinery in compliance with DOT regulations Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain clean and safe equipment Assist with basic maintenance and job site support as needed Requirements: Valid CDL License Clean driving record Prior experience hauling heavy equipment required (references must be provided) Ability to properly chain, strap, and secure loads Strong knowledge of DOT load securement regulations Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions Initial drug test required before employment Subject to random drug testing Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Steady local work Opportunity for growth
