Key Responsibilities and Job Elements: - Support, mentor, and motivate others - Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises - Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives For this role, you will need to be: - At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States - Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - Able to lift 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as continuously climb and descend stairs - Work in an environment where the noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments, and grocery locations include refrigerated environments) - 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - 1 year of leadership experience directly managing others - 1 year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/retail) - Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
