Job Description:
The Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) seeks a skilled
Maintenance Technician to join our Printing Media department. The
technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous
operation and maintenance of our printing equipment and facilities.
As part of our global non-profit organization benefiting
sustainable development and humanitarian aid projects, the
successful candidate will contribute to the smooth and efficient
production of educational and promotional materials necessary for
our initiatives around the world. This position requires a blend of
technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a passion for
creative logistics in a team-oriented environment. Perform routine
inspections and maintenance on printing machinery to ensure optimum
operational performance. Diagnose mechanical and electronic
problems and perform repairs. Record maintenance and repair work
performed, and document parts or materials used. Assist in the
installation of new printing equipment. Ensure compliance with
safety regulations and maintain clean work areas. Collaborate with
production staff to minimize downtime and enhance output quality
and efficiency. Proficiency in mechanical and electronic
troubleshooting. Experience with routine maintenance and repair of
industrial equipment, preferably printing presses. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and
interpret manuals and blueprints. Excellent communication and
teamwork skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

certification.
