Starting pay is $23.40 with progression up to $32.30 depending upon openings, job certification, and job assignment. Job Responsibilities: Process quality film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures. Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level. Requirements High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training. Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must have a strong desire to learn and progress within a manufacturing environment. Computer skills Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include: hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift.
