Description:$13/hr7:00a-4:30pm 1st shiftMajor accountabilitiesCorrectly receive machine inventory when shipments arrive from factory.(training/certification will be provided if necessary)Properly serialize machines when used from consignment stock.Correctly assemble, wire and test run machines per machine work order.Properly process parts going on machine or into inventory per machine work order.Use correct mesh and screen frame(s) per specifications on machine work order.Prepare and securely pack completed machine (crate or pallet) for shipping.Photo log all machines during assembly process and packing.Complete necessary paperwork and check lists to verify correct assembly of machine & screens.Turn in correct, and completed paperwork to correct personnel.Coordinate with sales department on final assembly photo and inspection.Monitor and maintain all aspects of machine storage area. Notify correct personnel of errors orcorrections made to stock machine parts (motors, stands, etc.).Keep up with inventory related to the machine assembly department (pallets, packing, crates, etc.)Skills:Mechanical Assembler, Electrical Assembler, WarehouseTop Skills Details:*Complex assembly experience*Experience wiring electrical components.*Ability to follow blue prints or schematicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:HS Diploma is requiredMust have 3+ years of manufacturing experience.Experience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
