BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Part Time Client Services Associate in our Matthews, NC Pediatric Office.

Through hands-on experience, Client Services Associates (Part Time) at BAYADA learn all aspects of managing and growing a caseload and recruiting staff in order to become a Client Services Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Focused on assisting the manager in delivering and coordinating client services
    • You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
    • Sharing responsibility for your team, you'll develop communicative relationships with them while managing scheduling and maintain effective fiscal management by monitoring metrics (gross margin, overtime, unfilled hours, etc.).
    • Answer income calls to identify and route them to the appropriate persons.
    • Manage and update all staff and client records and files: digitally and/or hard copy.
    • Continually monitor and update licensing requirements.
    • General office functions: fax, scan, phones, filling, reception, etc.
    • Manage recruiting activities from attracting prospects to interview to on-boarding.
    • Finds and attracts the right candidates; establishes rapport with potential candidates; promotes cross-practice collaboration to support enterprise growth and initiatives.
    • Motivated to succeed when faced with adversity; shows enthusiasm and actively participates in team discussions, events, and projects.

      Qualifications

      Four year college degree - preferred (prior health care, administrative, home care and/or recruiting experience a plus)
      A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
      Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
      Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
