Purpose of Role
The Service Scheduler will collaborate with Technicians and Customers to create and maintain service calls, based upon geography, priority, and problem type to ensure maximum efficiency for service delivery.

Responsibility
- Route and Dispatch Remote Field Service Technicians to repair and maintain equipment at customer sites.
- Communicate updates with the team and escalate concerns as needed.
- Updates customers as needed.
- Develops a strong team relationship with Technicians and Co-Workers.
- Able to Multi-Task and be detailed in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Education/Experience
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to Provide an Amazing Customer Service Experience
Proven Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Strong in MS Office, Especially Excel
