Job Description Job Summary: The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator will support and maintain the organization---s Global Human Resources Information System applications such as the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), the Benefits platform, ATS recruitment system, Learning & Development systems, and Payroll software/solutions. The HRIS Administrator will act as a liaison between the People Department, various Business units, and IT to provide global support for HRMS. This position is responsible for formulating HR business processes into automated system workflows, including scoping requirements and achieving the intended objectives. The incumbent will serve as a technical point of contact for the assigned functional areas and assist the People team subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and executing process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Administrator builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains systems to current requirements, and can work effectively with all levels of stakeholders globally to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. Duties & Responsibilities: -- Manage data, ongoing maintenance, and construction related to human capital management, payroll, and other human resource related systems and processes. -- Manage projects and process improvements, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. -- Actively participate in the implementation of all project phases including, requirements gathering, build, testing and maintenance of multiple HR system applications, including the SuccessFactors suite and ADP Workforce Now Payroll and Benefits solutions. -- Serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing administration and application support and overall system management. -- Providing technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to end users. Serves as an escalation point for system issues reported by users. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues including data errors, security process, and integration issues. Manages permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for the end users. -- Collaborates with functional and technical staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions. -- Assists with data reports, summaries and logs for senior executives and HR staff. -- Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems globally, through periodic reviews and audits. -- Maintain documentation of processes, auditing protocols, reports, and ensures analyses are up to date. -- Maintains knowledge and awareness of current/new trends in HRMS and continuously improve HRIS application/tools by recommending and supporting best practices. -- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. -- Train new system users on processes/functionality. -- Participates in special projects and handles other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: -- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Resources or other related field is preferred. Equivalent HR/IS/IT work experience is acceptable to meet educational requirements. -- 4 years of progressive experience as an BSA/HRIS Admin/HRIS Specialist or another combination of HR/IS/IT experience. -- Configuration and implementation experience required, including working with global HR Systems that support various modules such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, learning management, performance management interfaces, and management reporting. -- Excellent time management skills and meet tight deadlines and work in a dynamic environment. -- Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. -- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide regular status of day-to-day workload and projects. -- Must be detail oriented, have strong communication and organizational skills. -- Advanced Excel and Data Analytic skills that result in creative and actionable recommendations. -- Broad working knowledge of HR business processes/functions and supporting systems preferred. -- SAP SuccessFactors SFX certifications in one or more modules is a plus.
