Job Description Order Entry Specialist Role: Quickscrews is seeing to hire an Order Entry Specialist in Rock Hill, SC. The Order Entry Specialist's role is to support and maintain customer relations, prompt response to customer needs, and to collaborate with our customer service & order entry department. Order Entry Responsibilities: -Receive customer purchase orders and provide persistent and continuous customer service through a variety of communication channels -Confirm customer orders within standard timeframe -Process and document customer purchase orders in ERP to send to warehouse -Manage and prioritize customer orders to support optimal warehouse operations -Resolve incomplete order issues, including mismatching product part numbers, order quantity discrepancies, missing information, etc. -Process and update warehouse with customer order changes -Assign ship-by date for all orders based on customer account and order size (based on company parameters) -Develop in-depth understanding of customer types, needs and preferences; prioritize business-critical accounts -Adjust order quantity based on business need and inventory levels when required -Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders Customer Service Responsibilities: - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always - Help customers through email and phone with product and order inquiries, including questions on product application, inventory, and pricing - Suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and wants - Assist and educate customer stakeholders on product applications and alternatives, as well as organizational process updates that enable improved customer experience - Monitor and understand customer's usage of products and preferences -Work with Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients to continue existing client relationships -Respond to high volume of new and different customer requests with promptness and efficiency -Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology, and product delivery Qualifications: - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent -Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset -Comfortable using computers and learning technical systems (such as Excel) -Detail oriented using multiple operating systems -We are a small company and move quickly, which means you must be able to adapt to changes swiftly.
