Job Description:

All-State Belting, LLC has been providing our customers with superior quality conveyor belting and accessories throughout North America. Founded as a distributor of bulk rubber and conveyor components, All-State has expanded its capabilities to include rubber fabrication, field splice installation services, and custom rubber part manufacturing.We are seeking to add an experienced millwright to join our team in Dallas, TX. This most qualified candidates would be ones with experience doing basic welding and cutting, setting bearings, general maintenance, alignment of pulleys and more. This will involve work in the branch workshop and a significant proportion of time out at customer sites.Our employees strive to perform their duties in a safe, professional, and efficient manner. • Installing and repairing of industrial machinery and equipment and competent with operating basic hand and power tools
• Laser alignment of pulleys, drives and gearboxes
• Able to do basic welding/cutting including stick, wire, plasma, gouging
• Setting bearings on the conveyor system.
• General maintenance on different types of warehouse equipment.
• Use cranes, fork trucks, hoist pulleys, and rollers to complete job properly and effectively
• Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts require during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery.*Qualifications:*
  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license
  • Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, underground or in confined areas.
  • Must be willing to receive MSHA training
  • Comply with federal regulations on mandatory drug testing
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanically inclined to read work orders, use tools and equipment.
  • Basic rigging, lifting and slinging
  • Technical training in related technical field is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of millwright experience
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety issues
  • Able to lift and load equipment into vehicle and unload at repair sites.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Mechanical skills are helpful.Experience:
