**Description**

The Cloud Solutions Engineer 2 will be one of our primary cloud developers (primarily Azure) for new functionality and features for cloud applications across multiple projects. The Cloud Solutions Engineer 2 will collaborate with peers, architects and tech leads from other teams for strategic enterprise direction. The Cloud Solutions Engineer 2 will development solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and data science insights.

**Responsibilities**

Job Responsibilities

+ Work in agile product development framework

+ Develop cloud solutions based on business requirements and approved architecture

+ Evaluate and integrate tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities

+ Diagnose system performance issues and advise any necessary infrastructure changes

+ Break down components of a solution and lead implementation efforts

+ Interact with product and business stakeholders beyond engineering

+ Mentor and coach contract developers

Required Qualifications

+ 2+ years of technical and development experience

+ Data engineering and database optimization experience

+ Experience with git repositories and release pipelines

+ Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to stakeholders

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

+ 1 or more associate or professional Azure/GCP/AWS certifications

+ Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks

+ Experience with Python

+ Experience with Terraform
